Notes about the Traineeship / MA Dissertation

In the 2nd year all students choose between Traineeship and Dissertation according to their profile of expertise.

Both Traineeship / MA Dissertation consist in scientific work that must represent an effort of research that expresses the dominance of technical and research skills and may contribute to an advance to the knowledge of a specific area of expertise. The Traineeshipis framed in a vocational perspective and the Dissertation is framed in an academic view. The developed worked will be discussed in a public evaluation. The elements of formal profile to its presentation are in the regulation of the Masters of the School of Arts at the Catholic University of Portugal - Porto.
