PhD Conservation and Restoration of Art and Cultural Heritage

The PhD (240 ECTS) takes 8 semesters.

The aim is to research on the constituent materials and techniques of works of art, the paradigms of intervention in the field of restoration and architectural rehabilitation, the theory, history and epistemology of conservation. It combines aspects of both mobile and built heritage, and preventive conservation.
